DAMAGED ITEMS

In case the item you received is damaged or defective, the buyer has the right to raise a complaint to the Site’s customer service. The case will be investigated giving the order is still in the same condition as you received it with the original packaging intact, for a proper feedback on the damaged or defective item(s), the return policy will follow the’ instructions and business best practices to assure buyers satisfaction and maintain customer exceptional experience.

WRONG ITEMS

In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you are required to raise a dispute to our customer services long as the order is still in the same condition you received and in the original packaging within 7 days of receiving the item.

CHANGE OF MIND

You are not allowed to cancel your order once placed. However, if the order has not been processed on our system it may still be possible to cancel it. If you do decide to change your mind about your order, please contact our support team.

The items that cannot be returned are:

  1. Products marked as such and displaying a No-Return Policy or similar clear annotation.
  2. When the product notes state so specifically that these products cannot be returned.
  3. The site doesn’t accept returns of the following items:
    • Open software
    • Items with special shipping restrictions
    • Computer laptops, desktops, more than 30 days after delivery
    • Any product missing the serial number or UPC
    • Downloadable software products
    • Online subscriptions after they have been accessed
    • Prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc.)
    • Also, products which might fall into non-return policy based on Site’s internal policy
